I cannot hear any sound from my headphones/speakers. What do I do?
- Check headphone/speaker connections.
- Check if speakers are turned on.
- Check with some other software if you hear any sound. For example, see if you can hear a song playing using Windows Media Player.
- While joining a kPoint meeting, make sure you follow instructions in the kPoint Tuning Wizard.
- If you can hear sound from other software, but not using kPoint, please contact kPoint support.
